Voro includes components under separate licenses. Their rights stay in effect. This page is an index. The full texts ship in the package under LICENSES/, and notices already inside a runtime or provider directory are also part of the distribution.
The release and pack manifests identify which components your package actually contains. A notice for an optional component does not mean that component is installed, or that all of its models are included.
Voro’s commercial permission does not override a model restriction, and it does not supply a license for TouchDesigner or another host. See Licensing & Usage.

Those licenses do not impose a Voro license on the images or documents you create.
Warp and Python
Section titled “Warp and Python”Where Warp is installed, plugins/warp_runtime/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md identifies NVIDIA Warp, NumPy and CPython. Preserve those files, including bundled CUDA, LLVM, OpenSSL and other component notices.
Models
Section titled “Models”Model metadata and the release manifest distinguish bundled weights from optional downloads. model_catalog/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES_MODELS.md describes catalog entries; LICENSES/models/ holds the license texts.
The starter selection can include BootsTAPIR, Depth Anything V2 Small and Video Depth Anything Small, LivePortrait with the MediaPipe detector, NeuFlow, Real-ESRGAN, RF-DETR Nano, and the procedural Voro Generator Starter, when selected by the pack manifest. Optional variants can have different terms.
Optional InsightFace weights have noncommercial restrictions. They are not covered by Voro’s general commercial permission.
The Voro Generator Starter is first-party procedural content, licensed separately under MIT (LICENSES/models/Voro-Generator-Starter-LICENSE.txt). It does not contain NVIDIA StyleGAN training weights or a training dataset.
Hosts and optional services
Section titled “Hosts and optional services”TouchDesigner and optional external services are obtained and licensed separately. Their names identify compatibility, not endorsement. Stream Diffusion wraps an existing StreamDiffusionTD install and uses that product’s terms.
