First patches
Each of these is a real operator chain. The same four run as live graphs on the Audio home. Place the operators from the Audio view of the Voro menu, wire them in this order, and put a Device Out at the end.
MIDI to instrument
Section titled “MIDI to instrument”MIDI Capture, MIDI Note, Synth and Deep Beast
Play once, voice it twice. The controller comes in as a note stream and fans out to two instruments. Swap a voice without rewiring the keyboard.
File to stems to effects
Section titled “File to stems to effects”File Player, Stem Split, Reverb and Filter, Mix4 Audio, Device Out
Split a file into stems and treat each lane differently. Reverb on the melodic material, a filter on the rhythm, then sum the lanes back into one mix.
Compose to synth
Section titled “Compose to synth”Timeline and Scale, Chord, Pattern, Synth, Device Out
Drive an instrument from musical structure instead of a keyboard. Timeline and Scale shape a chord progression. The progression and the clock feed a pattern. The pattern plays the synth. Change the scale and the whole patch follows.
One clock, many voices
Section titled “One clock, many voices”Timeline and Scale into Comp, Pattern and Groove, into Drift, Halo and Drum
The same timeline and scale drive an arrangement, a pattern and a groove into three instruments: pads, keys, drums. Everything stays in key and on the beat because they all read the same clock.
How those operators become one engine is in Engine and streams.
